SalusPets is the first Healthcare database dedicated to pets.

• Medicines’dosage service – SalusPets records information about medicines’dosages and kind of drugs assumed, that could be useful in case of emergency.
• Up dating online – you have the opportunity to modify backgrounds, like the address, both eliminations and additions regarding drugs and psychical information.
• Privacy – all the medical information concerning your pet are collected in an electronic database, whose access will be denied to everyone without license.

Do medical information remain private all the time?
Yes they does. SalusPets keeps in mind the privacy of its subscribers and the confidentiality about their personal healthcare information. Our subscribers recognize themselves in our services thanks to the trust and familiarity belonging to us.

How can I record clinical data about my pet?
There are different modalities:
• if you can surfing the net: thanks to a simply layout you will be able to enter into the database and update it by adding new information
• if you don’t know how to surf the net: licensed centers (veterinaries) will be able to help you up dating your database through an apposite document that allowed you to send per fax your pet’s information to the SalusPets’ operative center that will record them immediately.

Should I be sure about the rightness of the clinical data recorded?
SalusPets doesn’t control personal information recorded into the reserved area, so it isn’t responsible about mistakes, up dating, and completeness regarding clinical data.
The pet’s owner has to be sure about the rightness about the information he recorded.

When should I record my pet’s clinical data?
After the subscription and its payment, SalusPets will provide a User ID and a password to the user available to enter into the database in order to record and modify clinical data. In addition to that the user will be able to print and customize his personal card, if he can’t using the computer a licensed center will send to him the documentation.

Is it possible that my data could be recorded in the wrong database?
No it isn’t. ID codes are automatically created and assigned to the user by the Security System able to identifiy the user through apposite procedures in order to guarantee the right privacy. Every time the user enters through the ID codes, the Identification System will allow the access to the personal database identified by these codes only.

Should I have a copy of my pet’s clinical fold?
The user should have on demand an cd rom containing his pet’s yearly files back-up, that will be sent per priority post.

Should I change my User and password?
The user should modify his password every time he wants. As far as the User codes, they can be modified, but the subscriber has to remind that every time he changes the access system he must print a new card and he has to pay the modification of the system.

Should I change the subscription in a second time?
The subscription can be changed at the renewal of it.

I lose my card. What can I do?
In case of robbery or loss about PetCard, the User has to advise SalusPets that will provide to block the card. In this way nobody will be able to enter into the database illicitly. SalusPets will create a new card to be sent to the user as soon as possible. In any case the user can print a copy of his card from his personal database every time he likes.
