In case of emergency hospitalization, the pet ' s owner has the possibility of providing access, through his personal approval or delegates, to personal medical information of his pet. In this way, the veterinarian staff will give the necessary care and appropriate use of medicines, avoiding risks that could compromise the safety of pet's life.

Why should I join?

A pet who often travels with his master, must have done certain vaccines to access to certain countries. By joining SalusPet® you can be sure that your animal's clinical data are immediately aware of doctors in other countries and that these can operate at its best. In addition, the health book is always updated with the data and medical visits made by pet.

Yes, SalusPets® protects the privacy of its members and the confidentiality of personal data collected in the health database. Trust and confidence are among the reasons why our members are identified in a confidential service and high quality.

How can I store my pet's clinical data?
A.
SalusPets® allows you to enter data in different ways:
- If you can use the computer: through a simple scheme and guided by going directly to the archive and updated in real time with new data.
- If you are unable to use a computer: via local authorized (vet) that can help you compile through a document which we have already prepared and faxed the information to our operations center that will archive it.

Am I sure that the clinical data are correct?

SalusPets® does not make any review or assessment of personal information entered by the user in the restricted area so do not assume any responsibility and makes no representation as to the completeness, accuracy of data. It will be your sole responsibility to ensure that all information personally posted are accurate.

When is possible to insert the data?
A.
Subscribing to SalusPets, and then after confirmation via email, you will have enabled your user and password to access the system and enter / change data.

Once you have registered what happens?
A.
You sign up and you will receive a registration email that will confirmed you to be active. Once confirmed, you may return to the access and proceed.

Are we certain that the data entered arrive in the correct personal book?
A.

The identification codes are recorded by the Security System to identify the user with the appropriate procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality. Whenever a user logs on through these codes, the System of Identification will provide access exclusively to the personal folder identified with that code.
